Working colletively as In-grid means accepting that we are not all the same person. So the work will not always have the same signature or style, but with enough time we have work that we can all speak for. Our working method is sometimes defined by a checklist[2], or a step we can explain[1] to others in the working group[3], a page of documentation[4], a milestone, or what we happen to have right before a deadline[5].
