for systerserver - there is an unwritten on boarding process by asking to the list [Adminsysters] or being introduced in a collaborative feminist project like for example with [SERVPUB].
so -- if they are interested --.... or you have a proposal -- write adminsysters and than it is discussed in next meeting. ( it can take some time) , and important is also to align with our identity politics.
